Google Meet just gets better and better!
Now you can generate a Google Meet link from within your Google Classroom. But why would you want to do that? Creating a Meet link from Google Calendar is great!

So here are some advantages:

- This can become your permanent meeting room with your students.
- You do not have to keep creating new Meet links every time and keep deleting them when you are done.
- It has some advanced safety features
- You can choose when students will be able to view the link on the Google Classroom Header (in STREAM) of the Meet icon in the CLASSWORK page.
- It auto creates a NICKNAMED Meet link.
- So students cannot join the Meet without the owner of the Meet (that is you!). So no unsupervised chats.
